Every visit to BarnHill is a chance to slow down, reconnect with friends and family, enjoy our curated selection of Texas wines, experience unforgettable live music from talented tribute and cover bands, and make memories that last long after the evening ends.
Here's everything you need to know before you arrive.
Your First Visit
Please check your Eventbrite ticket before arriving, as gate opening times vary by event and season.
Coming with friends?
Purchase your tickets together whenever possible, since many events sell out.
Your BarnHill Arrival
Our friendly security team will greet you and direct you where to park.
From there, follow the stone path to check in and receive your BarnHill wine glass for the evening.
Before the music begins, take your time to:
Find your favorite spot
Enjoy a glass of Texas wine
Grab dinner from our food truck partner
Visit the horses and donkeys
Capture the beautiful Texas sunset
The hour before the music begins is part of the BarnHill experience, so relax and enjoy it.
BarnHill is wheelchair accessible, but please remember that we're a working farm with gravel paths and uneven terrain. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help.
Seating & Live Music
Bring your favorite lawn chair or picnic blanket for the lawn, or enjoy seating inside the barn.
Experience live music from talented tribute bands and cover bands on our outdoor stage when weather allows. If needed, we'll simply move the music inside the barn. Either way, the show goes on.
Food & Drinks
Come hungry. We've got the wine covered.
Our local food truck partners serve delicious food at most events.
You're welcome to bring:

Birthday cakes
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Enjoy our curated selection of Texas wines by the glass or bottle throughout the evening.
Weather
A little Texas rain doesn't stop the fun.
If the weather changes, we'll simply move the band inside the barn so the music can continue.
Guest safety always comes first. If severe weather affects an event, management will evaluate conditions and make a final decision by 3:00 PM on the day of the event.
Weather & Ticket Information
If an event is rescheduled due to severe weather, ticket holders may transfer their tickets to another event within 60 days.
If the event proceeds as scheduled, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Outside Only tickets do not guarantee indoor seating if the band moves inside.
Outside Only tickets may be transferred to another event within 60 days if severe weather requires management to close the outdoor lawn.
Families, Pets & Our Farm
One of the things that makes BarnHill special is that you're visiting a real working farm. Here's what to know before your visit.
Children
Most evening concerts are 16+ with an accompanying adult. Family-friendly events will be noted on the event page. Children must remain supervised at all times.
Horses & Donkeys
Our animals enjoy gentle pats and grass as a treat. Please don't feed them anything else.
Dogs
Friendly dogs on leashes are welcome. Please keep barking to a minimum during performances and clean up after your pet.
