frequently asked questions

What happens if it rains?

We’ve got you covered – literally! If it rains, we’ll enjoy the shelter of the barn. OUTSIDE SEATING ONLY tickets can be moved to another event in case of rain, but no refunds. All other tickets are rain or shine, so let’s have fun in the barn!

Should I bring chairs?

Feel free to bring a lawn chair or blanket for outdoor events. We do have a limited number of outdoor chairs available for guest use. Inside the barn, we have plenty of seating.

Can I bring food in?

Absolutely, but we encourage snack-type foods to support our amazing food trucks. Think cheese trays, fruits, and meat trays.

Is there an alcohol and beverage policy?

Outside alcohol is not permitted.  We invite you to try our great Texas-made wines!  Any non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.

Are children allowed at events?

Most LIVE music events are 16+, but we do have family-friendly events too. Our Sip & Shop and daytime wine tastings welcome all ages – just keep kids close.

What are the parking/accessibility policies on the farm?

Plenty of parking available at no extra cost. We’re wheelchair-friendly but remember, it’s a country setting with uneven terrain.  See our friendly security when parking for assistance.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Please purchase tickets in advance as our events often sell out. This way, you won’t miss out!

What time do the gates open?/What time does the band start playing?

Depending on the time of year, the main gates open at 6:15 or 6:30.  Please check your tickets.  The band will start approximately an hour and fifteen minutes after the gates open.  This allows time for parking, checking in, getting your wine or food from the food truck and just enjoying the outdoors.  The band will play for about two hours.

Can I pet and/or feed the horses and donkey?

Our animals love pats on the head or back but watch out for nibbles! Feed them some grass with a flat palm, but nothing else, please.

Are there any food/special dietary options?

Find out which food trucks will be there on our Facebook event or on our Eventbrite page. We also send details via email 48 hours before the event – check with your ticket buyer!

Can I bring my dog?

Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome. Keep the barking down during live music and clean up after them. Dog waste station provided!
